There are many, many on-line resources that offer help with a variety of psychological and emotional problems. Listed below are some with which I am familiar, but this is by no means an exhaustive list and you may find others that are beneficial for your particular issues:
https://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/selfhelp.htm – Offers free handouts, worksheets, MP3’s, videos, and card packs to help with multiple issues including anxiety, depression, anger, emotions, eating problems, panic, phobias, trauma, and many others.
http://www.beaumont.ie/index.jsp?p=105&n=528 – The Beaumont Hospital Mindfulness and Relaxation Centre contains several free audio files to assist with relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation.
https://health.mil/Military-Health-Topics/Operation-Live-Well/Health-Tools – Contains mobile applications for a variety of topics including nutrition, mental wellness, physical activity, sleep, tobacco cessation, and alcohol awareness.
https://www.ptsd.va.gov/index.asp – The National Center for PTSD contains a wealth of information and resources for patients, family members, and providers including mobile apps, videos, and self-help courses.
https://www.brainline.org/ – Provides education, information, and tools to help patients, caregivers, and professionals understand and cope with traumatic brain injury and posttraumatic stress disorder.
